About the Job
As the Director of Service Operations, you'll be responsible for both the strategic and daily business activities related to service excellence. You will adeptly manage resources, develop and implement thoughtful operational plans, and ensure that processes are effectively implemented and followed. The Director regularly evaluates operational efficiencies and introduces innovations to enhance staff engagement, customer deliverables, and positive organizational results.

Responsibilities
- Partner with local service managers and team members to provide exceptionally positive customer service by modeling attentiveness to customer needs and building trust by delivering timely on customer commitments.
- Guide the development of technical service strategies and operational goals.
- Establish measurable standards to evaluate operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with local service managers to recruit, hire, inspire, and develop talented team members.
- Coach team members by setting clear and consistent objectives and providing meaningful on-going feedback.
- Demonstrate commitment to team member training and development programs to continue to enhance team cohesiveness and retention.
- Plans, implements, monitors, and forecasts budgets to achieve financial objectives
Requirements
- At least Ten (10) years’ experience leading within a service operations role required and a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience with commercial boilers, HVAC’s or other full-service industry’s is required
- Working knowledge of an EOS is beneficial.
- Proven leadership that has demonstrated innovative and strategic thinking, resulting in significant outcomes for the organization and a passion for driving outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to the development and advancement of the team through mentoring and motivating.
- Previous management experience required with the understanding and experience with full P&L responsibility and professional acumen to manage multiple aspects of the organization
- Skilled at presenting financial and performance data clearly and succinctly in a group setting
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the Central / North FL and South GA area.
