Director of Social Work - Blackwell Talent

You are a compassionate Licensed Director of Social Work skilled at implementing social service interventions that achieve treatment goals, address patients’ needs, and enhance quality of life for our patients. In addition, you have a heart to serve others by ensuring the social services department is providing the highest quality care based on our patients individualized needs. The ideal candidate will possess a current state licensure for consideration and one year of supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a healthcare setting.

WHAT THIS ROLE CAN OFFER YOU:

You will have the satisfaction of knowing you’re ensuring that each patient receives optimal care, by collecting and assessing data relevant to the patients’ psychosocial needs, risk factors for deterioration and responses to intervention. You will be instrumental in recruiting and hiring the best, most qualified talent and providing them with the training needed to be successful within a skilled nursing facility.
