Position Overview
Kivo is hiring a Director of Solution Sales, who will be responsible for sourcing, scoping, and selling new business to the Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams at our pharmaceutical and medical device sponsor customers.
Reporting to the head of sales, this is a quota-carrying role that will work closely with our marketing team for pipeline generation - as well as our services team for customer solution scoping.
Kivo's intuitive DMS and platform for Clinical, Regulatory and Quality team collaboration is typically purchased by well-funded, fast-moving drug development and med devices companies. Experience selling software or solutions to support key functions such as eTMF, RIM and QMS is required.
Kivo is a fast-growing, venture-backed company with an experienced team. This Director of Solution Sales is expected to be largely self-sufficient in sourcing and selling new business opportunities - and to contribute to Kivo's overall go-to-market strategy at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new accounts based on industry intelligence and proactive networking
- Quality inbound leads from the marketing pipeline and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs in detail
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom
- Create proposals and contracts to meet customer needs
- Manage the sales process through contracting and handoff for implementation
Qualifications
- Experience selling life science software or services is required.
- Specific experience selling Quality (QMS), Clinical (eTMF), Regulatory (RIM) & Document (DMS) solutions a plus.
- Comfortable working at a fast-moving, venture-backed company.
- Candidates located in Boston, MA area are preferred but not required.
