About the Job
The Director of Solution Advisors at Aptia is an integral component of the sales cycle. The Director of Solutions Advisors is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients and Sellers. Solution Advisors are the primary point of contact for technology products, their application, and the definition of their usage. They support Sellers in the definition of scope based upon provided opportunities and closing with success. Solution Advisors align the knowledge of Aptia products and practices with specific industry verticals to determine the best approach for clients and prospects.
What you'll be doing:

Understand client and prospect needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

Allocate resources effectively to support sales activities

Seamlessly coordinate between clients and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smooth client experience

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly bookings goals

Learn, maintain, and communicate in-depth knowledge of Aptia's solutions, industry trends, and competition

Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on maximizing the value of Aptia's products and services.

Provide closed-loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure continuous process and product optimization
What we're looking for:

Ideally a bachelor's in business, IT, or Engineering (master's preferred); relevant certifications a plus with 8+ years in solution advisory/presales leadership, with 3+ years in management; strong client and sales expertise in Benefits Administration.

Proficient in CRM and relevant platforms; able to translate technical details for business audiences.

Proven strategic leader with strong communication skills; experienced in high-performance team development and project management.
