Position Summary:Acrisue Arena and the Coachella Valley Firebirds are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to serve as the Director of Partnership Activation. The Director of Partnership Activation oversees the delivery of all partnership assets and activations for the building and team. Additionally, this position will lead all partnership reporting and analytics, post-season reporting and renewals. The Director of Partnership Activation will manage a team of two (2) full-time individuals and ensure that they are all excelling at fulfilling partnership fulfillment at the highest level.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $95,000 to $100,000 plus bonus.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead servicing of all sponsorship accounts
- Manage staff of two (2) to ensure that all partners’ assets are fulfilled in a prompt and timely manner.
- Manage and foster positive relationships with clients, by ensuring fulfillment and delivery of contract requirements are met with exceptional service.
- Lead in the development, execution and administration of partner programs with the internal departments which can include in-game assets, social and digital assets, broadcast assets and events.
- Lead the approval process for all partner marks use and activation plans.
- Lead workstreams with other arena and team verticals that ensures there are processes in place to fulfill partnership assets.
- Manage budgets, including tracking of expenses for each partner.
- Lead partner renewal process including renewal analysis, renewals decks, and meetings in collaboration with the sales team.
- Attend select partner weekly meetings.
- Work within a CRM system to track and update partner assets.
- Lead planning and execution of select special client events.
- Work closely with Vice President, Sponsorship Sales on budgets and inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary degree in marketing, sports management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' account management experience preferred.
- Candidates must have prior sponsorship service experience.
- Experience in managing a team preferred.
- Experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferred.
- Must be proficient with computers and MS Office programs.
- Some travel required.

- Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the sports sponsorship market
- Ability to work long, irregular hours and weekends as dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
