We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for San Diego, CA. LVN is required.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted skilled nursing operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a range salary base around $100,000. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Current State LVN or LPN License
• 2 years experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Development Director, Director of Development, Human Resources Director, or equivalent
• Great skills in communication, organization, professionalism, and management

Responsibilities

• Managing the learning and development of all Licensed Vocational Nurses

• Coordinating orientation for new staff

• Overseeing daily schedules

• Maintaining personnel records that comply with state and federal regulations
