Position Summary:
The Director of Student Affairs (DSA) provides leadership for all Student Affairs activities on Campus. The DSA is responsible for oversight and attainment of Campus Objectives for student retention, satisfaction, graduate placement, effective handling of student complaints, orientation and other key processes.

Responsibilities:Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Serve as a member of the Campus Senior Management Leadership Team
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term Student Affairs strategies to ensure campus growth and profitability.
• Attainment of campus retention/attrition, placement, and student satisfaction goals
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, along with Concorde's policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Campus Managers and Staff to resolve student complaints and issues.
• Create an engaging environment for staff and foster purposeful relationships within the local healthcare community.
• Direct the business development process to increase community resources, job leads, and externship sites.
• Ensure daily/weekly run rates are achieved for placements, job lead development, and re-entry activities.
• Acquire and apply cross-functional knowledge, staying up to date with industry trends.
• Understand strategic concepts, align the organization with the local business community, and embrace change to deliver results.
• Cultivate trusting relations within and outside the organization, treating others with respect and seeking constructive resolutions.
• Recognize and address problems, generate alternatives, and make informed decisions to achieve results efficiently and effectively.
• Initiate change and innovation within the campus, supporting experimentation to improve approaches.
• Set department goals, guide individuals and teams, and encourage personal investment and excellence. Identify and develop talent for the future.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in all situations, listening to others' ideas and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Sciences, or a related field required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Student Affairs, Student Services, Graduate Employment/Career Services, or Education management.
