Posting Summary | Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Director of Student Success and EOF to work in the Enrollment Management & Student Success Department.The Director will lead the planning, and implementation of Academic Success Center (ASC) advising strategies, Educational Opportunity Fund Program (EOF) program initiatives and all departmental operations. The Director oversees student initiatives that support academic success which include but are not limited peer tutoring, student groups, academic workshops, disability services, orientations, program liaison support, and academic support programing for special populations. The Director supervises all academic success staff and is the primary liaison between all SHP and all other Rutgers partners and affiliates.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
