Job Description Summary:
The Director of Supply Chain Product Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of supply chain product capabilities within the Information Technology (IT) department. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of supply chain processes, technology integration, and product lifecycle management to drive efficiency, innovation, and alignment with company goals.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $180k - $215k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Alignment
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's business objectives and IT goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure supply chain initiatives support overall business strategy.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the entire lifecycle of supply chain products, from ideation and development through to deployment and retirement.
- Ensure products meet market needs, comply with industry standards, and incorporate emerging technologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure integrated supply chain processes.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Technology Integration and Optimization
- Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and agility.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing IT systems and tools supporting supply chain activities.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Utilize data analytics to drive insights into supply chain performance and make informed decisions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across the supply chain network.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management and recommend improvement initiatives.
Leadership and Team Development
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain product management team.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain product management professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Budgeting and Resource Management
- Manage the supply chain IT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to support strategic objectives.
- Monitor and control costs to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, product management, and technology integration.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, procurement, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and IT systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
