RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in contract administration and project management.
• Quality Control/Quality Assurance oversight for all projects.
• Capability to organize and supervise field survey teams and office survey staff.
• Preparation of boundary surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and topographic surveys.
• Experience with construction stakeout, including calculations and cut sheet preparation.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MD Professional Land Surveyor License required.
• 5 years’ experience in land surveying.   
• MD Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with survey field equipment.  
• Experience with new technology including 3D scanning.
• Experience in deed research including obtaining information from various jurisdictions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: $100K - $140K annually (DOE)
