Job Description
Cintas is currently a Director of Sustainable Engineering to implement sustainable strategies and innovation enterprise-wide, related to energy, water, waste, and decarbonization. This partner will hold a central position in steering the creation and achievement of our sustainability objectives, guaranteeing our operations are conducted with environmental responsibility and social consciousness at the forefront. This position requires a profound grasp of sustainability principles, outstanding leadership capabilities, and the capacity to instigate transformative change across the entire organization.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental engineering with industrial operations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (including international travel as needed).
Preferred:
• Experience with sustainability strategies and challenges, including water, energy, and decarbonization.
