About the Job
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for executing recruiting and onboarding initiatives to support the growth of the Industrial Services business. This role will manage the full cycle recruiting process. The Director provides recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry and technology trends, best practices, legal developments, and builds strong relationships with regional trade schools, colleges, organizations, and other high potential candidate sources. The Director will maintain collaborative relationships with corporate talent acquisition, training, and onboarding centers of excellence. This position will report to the SVP of Human Resources-Industrial Services and have oversight and manage a team of 14-16 recruiters. The Industrial Services business is an approximately $1.4 bil/year and ~7500 person business operating in the United States and Canada. We anticipate this role being in the Houston Metro Area working out of our Deer Park Office.
