GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development, support, and sales of treasury management products, deposit growth, fee income and services for corporate and retail customers. Assists treasury managers, regional presidents in new client marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Responsible for the training, development, support, and sales of treasury management products and services for corporate and retail customers.
2. Provides the research, development, procurement and implementation of treasury management products and services.
3. Provides bank wide strategy, business development, product training for deposit growth, business partner referrals – mortgage, insurance and investments with presidents, treasury managers and lenders.
4. Provides the direction and development for treasury management sales training program.
5. Manages merchant portfolio, vendor / contract management, merchant set-ups, and merchant application pricing. Overseas growth and success.
6. Manages other treasury management related products as assigned, including contract and relationship management. Overseas growth and success.
7. Develop, manage and maintain a deposit / treasury management portfolio in local market of home base.
8. In conjunction with presidents/treasury mangers, escalates needs for largest deposit customers and acts a liaison between bank departments.
9. Collaborates with Pinnacle Bancorp Management, Directors of Treasury to ensure communication and coordination between charters.
10. Assists treasury managers with onboarding, RFPs, new client prospects.
11. Responsible for department budget, setting goals and objectives.
12. Travels between states, charters and branches to work with treasury managers, retail staff, lenders and customers.
13. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
14. Regular and reliable attendance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of treasury management products, sales, and compliance.
- Knowledge of management practices and principles.
- Knowledge of Treasury Mgmt systems, Word, Excel, and treasury management software.
- Skilled in communicating and coordinating activities with management, customers, coworkers, and vendors. Communication must be timely and strong.
- Ability to develop a strong sales and service-based culture.
- Ability to supervise staff.
- Ability to research and develop new products and techniques.
- Ability to travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree preferred.
- Five or more years of bank and treasury management experience with sales preferred.
