- 105 hours of paid time off your first year, not including an additional 13 agency holidays.

Minimum Education and/or Professional Qualifications/Skills: One required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field (Master’s degree in Human Services field preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years as a Supervisor in Preventive Services (2 years of being a Wraparound Supervisor is preferred)

Full Job Description
Title: Director of Wraparound Program
Department: Wraparound Program
Title of Immediate Supervisor: Senior Director of Preventive and Juvenile Justice Programs
POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the Wraparound Program. The Program Manager will provide supervision, support and guidance to the Care Coordinators and Wraparound Supervisor in building on the strengths, enhancing the supports and promoting the stability and self-sufficiency of the youth and families with which they work while maintaining fidelity to the Wraparound model. The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Wraparound Supervisor job description as well as the Program Manager responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
● Oversee all aspects of the Wraparound Care Coordination Program
● Provide Supervision and support to the Wraparound Supervisor and assigned Care Coordinators. Provide supplement support to Care Coordinators that report directly to the Wraparound Supervisor
● Facilitate regular staff/team meetings; sharing information, building team cohesiveness and addressing issues related to New Directions, Family Voices Network, Erie County DSS, and fidelity to the Wraparound model.
● Ensure adherence to and accountability for ECDMH contracted services and outcomes
● Monitor and ensure all team members participate in required High Fidelity Wraparound specific trainings
● Maintain ongoing communication with the New Directions' finance department to ensure accuracy of client information and financial reports
● Apprise Senior Director of any significant issues related to staff, clients and/or program functioning
● Support implementation of agency initiatives
● Ensure services are delivered consistent with fidelity to the Wraparound program. Support team identification of areas in need of improvement and develop a plan for improvement.

Agency Standards/Norms:
● Participate in regular supervision (per New Directions policy and procedure)
● Attend and participate in New Directions' Supervisory meetings
● Participate in trainings/in-services to increase effectiveness and competence in supervision
● Attend all mandatory in-service trainings as per NDYFS policy and ECDSS requirements
● Participate in continuing education as needed to maintain a level of expertise in the field.
● Adhere to agency and department policies and procedures
● Utilize normative culture
● Adhere to the Code of Ethics prescribed by the National Association of Social Workers
● Any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
