Director, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle - Community Medical Centers of Fresno, CA

Overview

*All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA*

Responsibilities

Oversees all system registration functions, including: Pre-Registration, Point of Service Registration (including Emergency Department), and Inpatient Registration follow-up. Directly responsible (with support from Human Resources) for employee engagement and people management processes including interviewing and selection, time and attendance approval, providing timely feedback and performance evaluations, employee development, employee retention, disciplinary actions and terminations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or field related to service/program area OR 10 years of management experience in patient access.
• Five years’ experience in admitting, billing, collections, or other revenue cycle operations.
• Significant experience in a leadership role in service/program area.
