We are looking for a leader to support the Patient Experience and Delivery work within the ATSC Vein to Vein, Global Cell Collection and Global Planning organization. This leader must have proven experience successfully delivering diverse project portfolios; with patient-centric focus on business and process transformations. Critical to success is leadership of direct and matrix teams consisting of project management, operational excellence, data analytics, strategy, and business operations professionals is critical to success.
This role will oversee the overall US CAR-T Operations governance framework and manage linkages to above-site and site-level governances as needed including contracting support for US Commercial Operations and Transportation for Patient Material (Apheresis & Finished Goods) globally. Additionally, this leader will drive improvements in organizational performance management via appropriate use of metrics and data - including hierarchy of supply chain metrics, dashboards/scorecard. It will be required to engage colleagues at all levels of the organization in relentless continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- This team will work independently with direction from leadership & support from functional partners across ATSC.
- This leader will manage a small team including staff responsibilities, performance, and hiring decisions supporting and leading the Deliver Function (transportation) for ATSC and Contract Management.
- Additionally, creating clarity around our project management, prioritization, and resource commitment required across the portfolio will be key to success.
- Ensure close partnership with various site and above-site stakeholder functions such as Commercial and Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain, and the broader Autologous Platform within the Advance Therapies Supply Chain organization.
- Globally ID Projects that support driving improvement across ATSC Patient Planning Teams & Help Drive implementation & recognizing savings for the organization.
- Lead Strategy Conversations for Organization supporting ATSC Patient Planning Team improvements.
- Leadership on Portfolio Management within ATSC - V2V, GCC, & CMO Planning.
- Support of escalations related to project delays or operational issues, facilitate cross functional problem solving, and drive towards resolution may be required.
- A minimum of Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required, Master's degree is preferred.
Required:
- A minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience is required
- Experience across multiple areas of Supply Chain including Plan, Source, Make or Deliver. Cell Therapy experience a plus.
- Capable & comfortable dealing with ambiguity, working and leading in a matrix environment
- Ability to resolve complex problems and manage difficult stakeholder situations
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with process excellence and cost saving initiatives
- Ability to lead the development of critical path analyses and support scenario planning
- Demonstrated experience leading transformational change
- Eager to build effective and efficient relationships/partnerships internally and with external partners.
- Communicates effectively with people at all levels, including the ability to understand their priorities, and to earn their respect and trust, along with the willingness to provide them with the best decisions in time-sensitive situations
Requires up to 25% domestic and international travel
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 - $245,000 USD. The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate's geographic location.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
