We have an exciting opportunity for a Director-level People Business Partner to join Arm in a strategic role
You will work in close partnership with the leaders of some of our most dynamic and fast-paced engineering groups to ensure our people and organization are fully aligned to deliver our business strategies.Arm’s opportunity is immense and historic, to seize that opportunity we hold our people to a high-performance bar, and we require our leaders to build engaged and effective organizations
This means we need People leaders with the confidence, knowledge, and skill to help our leaders make the tough decisions in service of business performance.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with your leadership teams to bring a people lens to strategic and operational initiatives and problems, operating as a trusted member of the LT
Support, coach, and challenge leaders on key people decisionsFacilitate strategic workforce and organizational planning to ensure we have the right capabilities in the right locations to deliver the business and product strategySupport LTs in ensuring their groups are effective, efficient, and operating in a way that fully supports business strategyConnect leaders into the right expertise and resources within People group, ensuring work and driving self-service where appropriateBring Arm’s global People strategy to life in your groups, tailoring it to the group context where needed while ensuring we build a consistent one Arm experienceDevelop leadership, people, and organizational capabilities through development programs and coachingLead a particular strategic domain for People group: craft the Arm approach to these, deliver related projects, offer expert advice to colleagues in and beyond People teamRequired Skills and ExperienceSignificant experience partnering with executives and their leadership teams in designing and delivering a people agenda across global groupsTrack record of resolving complex people issues, deploying expertise and judgment in balancing business and employee-centric perspectives
