We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Director position to lead our Inpatient, Outpatient, 340B and Oncology Pharmacy departments.
Maryland Pharmacist license is required

Responsibilities
Direct pharmacy operations to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the department and organization.
+ Direct the development and implementation of practices, policies and procedures in all functional areas of the department.
+ Accountable for department staffing and capacity planning.
+ Oversee the development, monitoring of and compliance with departmental budget(s).
+ Utilize broad knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements to direct departmental operations and ensure accountability for the department's compliance.
+ Develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with all site leadership, specialties, department including other specialty managers, associates and related vendors.
+ Implement specialty quality initiatives in the areas of patient safety, the Joint Commission, specialty accreditation, and performance improvement.
+ Participate in the development and administration of both long-term and annual capital plan which include facilities, systems and equipment.
+ Implement and monitor compliance with revenue integrity process.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required
Work Experience:
+ 5 years of experience required.
+ 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.

+ MEDITECH experience- Oracle Health EHR (formerly known as Cerner)
+ Hospital, retail and 340B Pharmacy experience
+ EMR conversion experience
