What you'll do on a typical day:
- Guide and drive the development of roadmap, solutions and resources necessary to deliver on our customer commitments
- Establish and support the execution of processes to meet customer objectives in the areas of resourcing, financial performance, solutions deployment, quality and customer service while maintaining compliance with all applicable internal and external policies
- Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively; take an active role in leading, mentoring and developing staff in accordance with business and cultural objectives
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures; work with the planning and analytics team to ensure implementation of tools, applications and processes are met
- Prepare and present data on performance and potential improvements for customer solutions
- Plan and coordinate organizational activities with operational, development and analytical leads to ensure objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree, equivalent related work or military experience work experience or
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management in an omnichannel supply chain/distribution environment, including forecast modeling, inventory modeling, orders, and supply management
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources, and develop, recommend and implement solutions
- Demonstrated experience in solutions development, project management, problem-solving techniques and analytics
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively mentor, coach and lead a creative and diverse group of professionals
- Proficient in working cross functionally with teams from other disciplines especially Operations and Information Technology
- Experience modeling complex workflows and establishing well defined processes to support efficient order flow
- Ability to create and manage documentation of planning processes to drive consistency across multiple shifts and workcenters
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management in an omnichannel supply chain/distribution environment
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, MBA or related field
- Experience in using SQL and PowerBI
