We are looking for a passionate, tech-minded product marketer to join our team. Upfront is experiencing rapid growth as we continue to build new healthcare technology products that are influencing the landscape of patient engagement. The right candidate will seize this opportunity to meaningfully shape the story of our product offerings in the market. You will be responsible for driving differentiated messaging, positioning and GTM strategy – all as part of an innovative team working to improve the current healthcare experience for our large healthcare enterprise clients and the millions of patients they serve.

- Iterative and data-driven in your approach to understanding and applying market trends and user feedback.
- Comfortable operating with some ambiguity. Able to translate our internal product vision into a marketable tech offering with fully defined value propositions and benefits.
- A design-thinker; you bring creative new approaches while staying true to our brand identity.
- Extremely adept in collaborating and communicating cross functionally with a variety of technical, creative, and data-oriented stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs. Own the launch and ongoing optimization of this plan, including key performance indicators.
- Product Packaging: Collaborate with product, brand, and commercial teams to define and package offerings that resonate with our target markets.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights the value of our products and differentiates us from competitors.
- Customer Insights: Partner with client strategy and product teams to analyze customer feedback, leveraging it to influence product development and improve marketing strategies – always acting as the voice of the customer.
- Adoption & Growth: Develop retention strategies to reinforce our value, reduce churn, and drive upsell opportunities. Position every product to resonate with target personas, driving core understanding of how to buy (and grow) with us.
- Sales Collateral & Content: Lead the development and execution of product-focused campaign messaging, training collateral, and other assets.
- Thought Leadership: Identify relevant industry trends and competitive insights, translating them to strategic content and market opportunities that position Upfront as an industry expert and innovator.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing (SaaS / Healthcare preferred).
- Proven ability to package and position complex products into simple, compelling value propositions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
