Coke Florida is looking for a Director, Profit Growth Management Execution based out of our Tampa HQ location.
What You Will Do:
The Profit Growth Management Execution Director supports the Coke Florida's commercial & customer constituents through collaborative evaluation of price, package, planning processes & decisions to deliver the company business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the PGM Business Partners in delivering Coke Florida's Commercial Plan
- Focus on adherence to business processes and capability development of the team to elevate their ability to influence key stakeholders in line with Coke Florida's business objectives
- Collaborate with Enterprise Director's in improving business acumen that considers total system thinking with integration of various function's needs.
- Ensures that pricing is executed in line with guidance from aligned governance voles, local/regional pricing strategies and Chart of Authority guidelines
- Focus on sustained profit growth, value share growth, SOVI growth in line with defined objectives.
- Partner with the Decision Support to leverage their analytical capability to build efficiencies and allow Business Partners resources devoted to high value driving activities.
- Partner with the Pricing Strategy Director in various pricing initiatives, approach are in line with the multi-year strategy
- Provide the prioritization guidance to the Business Partners to ensure that we are serving our internal customers in the most optimal manner.
- Champion the ability to test, pilot ideas with the intent to expand and scale high value business driving initiatives.
- Co-lead the build of commercial business plan process with Customer Team, Decision Support Team, Marketing Teams that will support execution and achievement of the plan
- Leverages insights, internal/external data to build the context in our decision support process.
- Mindset of continuous improvement and building of capability of business acumen of the key constituents.
- Represent Coke Florida's interest in system governance efforts to ensure that we are well represented to deliver meaningful results in our marketplace.
- Lead and evaluate the program design work needed to enable commercial execution in the market place. I.e. Local Independent customer programs, in market execution program for innovation items, etc.
- Lead the thinking and evolution of the team's role to provide customer retail strategies, influence and partnership role with customer facing activities.
- All other assigned duties relating to supporting Coke Florida's business needs.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering disciplines OR equivalent entrepreneurial business experience with proven business & people leadership
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Ten (10) plus years' experience in area of Business Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations required.
- Customer management or category management experience highly preferred
- Specific experience SAP APO and statistical modeling is preferred
- Must have strong end to end business understanding & capabilities
- Strong self-motivation to improve capabilities of self and others through various means of learning methods
- Highly business process oriented
- Elevated sense of curiosity to understand and learn all facets of the business with the capability to integrate thinking and operational understanding
- Must be strong in entrepreneurial business acumen
- Must be courageous in thinking with the ability to weigh the available options considering the risk & rewards of the options
- Strong communication skills - both in written and oral form.
- Exhibit high degree of ability to influence and collaborate with various teams
- Ability to demonstrate learning through failure
- Must have a total systems thinking mindset
- Demonstrate the ability to use various tool sets available to resolve complex business situations. I.e. SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Access, SQL, etc.
- Must be willing to travel 20% to 30% of the time.
