About the Job
As a Director you will partner with the Head Global Medical Communications (GMC) and GMC Leadership Team (LT) supporting, driving and optimizing the GMC teams strategic objectives and critical initiatives. This role will partner closely with various Medical Affairs and Medical Affairs Operations teams to supporting GMC planning and execution.
This role supports our effective planning, execution, communication, and alignment of GMC initiatives across the team and ensure that there is a focused approach driving business success. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring a forward-thinking problem solver with strong scientific and business insight, while adjusting quickly to business needs.
This position is located in Sleepy Hollow, NY and will require you to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days/week. We do not have a fully remote option for this position. If eligible, we can offer relocation benefits.
A typical day may include the following:
Key thought partner and advisor to the GMC Head and LT identifying initiatives, brainstorming, and identifying solutions to challenges.
Partnering GMC Leaders to crystallize their vision and mission creating a communication plan to drive understanding and behaviors.
Build agendas for key meetings, facilitate meetings, create clear action items, and driving communication and accountability.
Identify initiatives and solutions to optimize the teams innovation in the digital space, science, operations, and people delivering value to the organization and our key partners. This will include identifying, optimizing, and regularly reporting on key metrics.
Assist in driving digital and above-brand planning activities across GMC.
Act as representative for GMC Head in appropriate meetings to gather information, provide input and facilitate efficient decision making.
Responsible for supporting planning activities-workforce/headcount, space planning, quarterly/annual planning /budgeting processes.
Build a thorough understanding of all core business functions across the Regeneron organization.
Partnering with GMC teams maintaining the SharePoint HUB and suggesting awareness of content.
Partner with digital team to identify efficiencies with use of technology and AI/ML for analysis of metrics as well as document repository options.
Proficient in systems and tools to identify new tools and resources, and act as an ambassador for all resources.
Partner with Head GMC on key presentation materials (PowerPoint) and organize a slide library on key GMC initiatives.

To be considered you are required to have a Bachelors Degree with 7+ years experience in project and resource management within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong initiative with to manage projects of varying complexity and timelines simultaneously is crucial. Ability to dive into technology or cross functional issues to identify root cause and propose solutions. Strong ability to toggle quickly between strategy and details. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong and compelling communications skills, written and verbal, including the ability to summarize complex and operational issues concisely. Ability to prioritize self and others on the most critical activities to advance GMC work.

$176,900.00 - $294,800.00
