About the Job
We’re looking for a Director, NAMER Sales Productivity to join our fast growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with the GM, NAMER and NAMER Leadership to drive key projects and initiatives to ensure success for our GTM Transformation project and overarching sales team productivity. We are looking for an individual with exceptional strategic and analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. You must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales process and a track record of success in developing and implementing strategies that maximize business growth. Additionally, you should be a creative and confident problem solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. This position reports into the SVP, General Manager, NAMER and will be based in one of our US Offices or Remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive sales growth and gain a competitive edge.
Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement, then develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
Leverage data insights and work with our revenue operations team to inform sales objectives and strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Monitor and review sales performance to ensure goals are achieved.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement sales initiatives.
Track KPIs and provide regular updates to the NAMER leadership team.
Implement and improve processes to maximize efficiency and increase sales.
Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer needs.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Have a minimum of ten years of experience in sales and/or sales transformation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Able to develop and manage relationships with senior executives.
Identify opportunities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Strategic Thinking
Expert in change management, process improvement, strategy implementation, and effective communication.
Base Pay Range $169,320 - $232,815. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
