Job Title: Director, Security Operations

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Security Operations team to protect healthcare data and infrastructure.

Develop and execute security strategies to meet compliance and regulatory standards.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance security posture.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in security operations, with leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
