The product group owner is responsible for multiple ERPs that support the Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Finance process areas in JNJ. These ERPs are central to the success of strategic programs. The individual will work with Senior IT and Business Leaders to identify and prioritize solutions for the product the individual is also accountable for the ERP build team for NA and Global ERP platforms. The individual will also lead a team responsible for receiving demand and delivering timely estimates, setting up squads and teams, and completing the build and deployment. The individual manages TPOs, TPMs, product group engineers, Lead engineers and RTEs of the deliver team. They must coordinate the consistent implementation of these solutions across the differing ERP Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and articulates the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business value. Prioritizes and aligns the backlog of features and release schedule with business and IT partners.
Accountable for product financial targets, define /track metrics to focus on business value realization and operations to improve throughput and quality at lower cost.
Collaborate with leaders, Business Process Owners, and team members across the Product Services and enterprise programs leadership teams to drive alignment on goals and objectives to ensure successful market launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Drive strategic organizational and people development activities, including recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders across J&J. Ensure efficient organizational constructs and continuously update the organization's skills/knowledge profile.
Drive product roadmap definition with business for technology strategies via research, technology vendors, IT architecture, and technology events.
SAP improvements and project delivery within DELIVER / OTC business domain for multiple NA & Global SAP ERP product groups.
Define and develop a service road map and skill development plan for the delivery service, which includes the order-to-cash, surgical kit, Logistics, and Transportation services.
TS Estimates, Quotes, Phase 0 pilots, and RFP requests.
Work with other SAP business process areas: Plan, Make, Source, Quality, Finance and secondary technical service teams like ABAP, Security, Integration, and BASIS to plan, estimate, and deliver the requirements.
Form HPT squads/teams for the successful execution of projects and transition to application maintenance support "RUN" teams.
Form and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with relevant leadership teams and partners across the JJT and Technology Services teams.
Track goals, achievements, and service metrics for the delivery service and product group and provide leadership updates on progress and opportunities.Education:
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of Information Technology application development work experience (related) and leading teams in large enterprises required.
- Technology leader with a demonstrable record of leading large enterprises successfully, focusing on Business agility, defining, shaping, and driving projects to completion while effectively collaborating strategically with others with little supervision required.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and experience in leading and managing the delivery of ERP capabilities (SD, MM, QM, PP, FI, BW) across multiple business units and within differing ERP technologies.
- Must have experience in at least one of these technologies: JDE, SAP ECC6, SAP S4.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills required.
- Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management
- Experience of working with cross-regional, Global teams; Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels in the organization and at client locations for smooth project execution within the schedule.
- End-to-end project implementation experience covering activities across multiple phases.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and project management skills coupled with the ability to understand the process and quality related to a system.
- Understanding and managing financial processes and results related to projects, departmental budgets, and enterprise is required.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills are required. Fluency in English required.
- Proven ability in managing internal and external technical personnel in a fast-paced, complex, global project environment is required.
Experience with product Management with SOX, GxP compliance processes is helpful.
Experience with Agile methodology, HPT, and solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
Certifications in Business Analysis, Supply Chain Professional or Project Management (PMP certification) or demonstrable experience will be highly regarded
Solid experience with MS office tools, Scrum, and JIRA preferred
Sound knowledge of SAP integrations and APIs and knowledge/ experience in S/4 HANA are desirable.
Other:
Up to 20% Travel maybe required, both national and international.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
