The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is responsible for translating the regional demand streams into an executable supply plan. The Team works closely with our Contract Manufacturer(s) to provide a forecast and ensure timely delivery of goods into the regional distribution centers. Supply requirements are moderated by the Team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to; product lifecycle, inventory on order and in transit, finished goods and inventory quality.
*Ideal candidate will work out of our Lincolnshire, IL office or Holtsville, NY office. Would consider remote for right candidate*
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the global supply from all North America and Latin America (NALA) suppliers
+ Manage and drive improvement in our Global Supply Planning and Supplier Collaboration processes and systems
+ Control and improve material data integrity internally and with supplier partners
+ Ensure annual revenue attainment and upside protection through supply assurance and Strategic Inventory
+ Own materials business processes regarding ERP and Supplier Collaboration
+ Provide guidance and mentoring to Managers and individual contributors in the materials teams
+ Set policy and standards regarding material management
+ Own measurement system for NALA material operations
+ Provide input to sourcing decision
+ Bridge to Procurement Commodity teams regarding strategic decisions and Supply Assurance
+ Supervise interactions for Quality, Delivery and Cost with EMS
Qualifications:
Minimal Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 15 or more years’ experience(including materials management and building supply chain planning programs/process)
+ minimum 5 years management experience(ideally globally positioned teams)
Preferred Requirements:
+ Strong breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical), Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing
+ International supply chain experience
+ Materials management experience in Engineer to Order, Build to Stock, Build to Order, Assemble to Order supply chain strategies
+ Contract Manufacturing experience including contract management
+ Experience leading a global team
+ Experience with multiple million-dollar operating budgets and finances

Salary: USD 170400.00 - USD 255600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
