Imagine360 is currently seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to join our team! The Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a Talent Acquisition strategy for all aspects of talent acquisition ensuring alignment with Imagine360's mission, vision and core values. This includes planning, developing, managing, and overseeing the talent acquisition team, the recruitment processes and strategies solving both short-term and long-term needs in a high growth, fast paced organization. This role requires an innovative, results oriented individual who can develop and execute hiring strategies, build broad internal and external networks and lead and develop a high performing Talent Acquisition Team. The Director, Talent Acquisition needs to be DE&I focused and a solution-oriented leader who excels at driving results while demonstrating a passion for the candidate experience and exceeding hiring manager expectations.
Position Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and coach a team of talented talent acquisition and onboarding professionals to develop and execute on hiring strategies that meet current and future needs of the business.
- Collaborate and partner with the business and HR leaders to develop innovative, progressive, result-driven staffing activities that meet current and future needs as the company evolves.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of talent acquisition and selection across a variety of roles, business units and geographies at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure that Imagine360's acquisition needs are met, including employment branding, talent sourcing, talent assessment, hiring processes, workforce planning, recruiting operations, and onboarding, all while continuing to drive a recruiting mindset with leaders at all levels.
- Develop and drive pipeline strategies that deliver on current and future growth needs.
- Design, develop and execute employment marketing initiatives and employment branding activities to attract the right candidates.
- Writes and coordinates internal and external job postings, and develops creative recruitment programs and marketing materials
- Provide team leadership and project management expertise on various current, evolving and new programs & initiatives (e.g., internship programs, DE&I initiatives, college/university strategies, etc....).
- Provide a meaningful, mutually beneficial experience to candidates, while acting as a brand ambassador and DEI champion.
- Be a thought leader with internal stakeholders on market/hiring/reward trends by leveraging data analytics to make informed TA recommendations and decisions.
- Create metrics and analyze data to create reports and identify areas of improvement to reduce time-to-hire while increasing the quality of hires for open roles.
- Work with and report out to C-level executives and Sr. Leadership to discuss hiring needs, budget allocation, and long-term talent strategies.
- Carry a requisition load, with a focus on leadership/executive roles.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience / Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 8+ years full lifecycle talent acquisition experience with a track record of driving successful outcomes at all levels in a fast paced, high growth organization.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct people management/team leadership experience, preferably leading a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Experience in healthcare or employee benefits is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of developing tailored and effective talent acquisition activities that support and help drive overall business effectiveness
- Ability to build diverse talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Demonstrates a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for recruiting
- Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management, planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and people management experience
- Ability to build and foster strong collaborative relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
