The Unified Offerings & Product Marketing organization creates and brings to market commercial offerings that provide guidance and problem resolution to ensure customers get value and success from their Microsoft technologies. The team manages Unified Enterprise and Unified Mission Critical Services portfolio providing levels of technical engagement, resiliency, and problem resolution to Microsoft's largest enterprise customers.
We are hiring for two Director - Unified Offerings. One will own the product and business strategy for the new Mission Critical Services for Workload, Product and Events, as well as our legacy portfolio of Support for Mission Critical, Azure Rapid Response, Developer Support and Office 365 Engineering Direct. You would own the end-to-end design of customer experiences and offerings spanning all Microsoft Solution Areas. You and your team would drive key partnerships with Finance, Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product Groups, GTM, Deal Desk and Strategic Programs to build, bring to market, and manage our offerings around the world.
The second Director - Unified Offerings role owns the product and business strategy for Unified Enterprise and Segmented Markets. The candidate will own the end-to-end design of customer experiences and offerings spanning all Microsoft Solution Areas. The candidate will drive key partnerships with Finance, Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product Groups, GTM, Deal Desk and Strategic Programs to build, bring to market, and manage our offerings around the world.

**Responsibilities**
- People leadership and management capabilities, setting clear direction and priorities, enabling the team to do their best work, and growing and retaining key talent.
- Use market research, insights from engineering teams, industry analysts, and field and customer feedback to develop a deep understanding of our enterprise and mid-market customers and their needs across the different stages in their cloud, AI, and security journeys.
- Drive the offer strategy for Unified Enterprise / Mission Critical Services with a relentless focus on customer success, resiliency, security, and AI innovation. Includes portfolio planning, product management, and governance activities.
- Collaborate with our Delivery and Engineering teams to enable the designed customer experiences with scalable support capabilities, consistent delivery, and global capacity planning.
- Drive the business strategy for our new and legacy offerings, including customer transitions, renewal motions, SKU planning, packaging, pricing and financial incentives.
- Co-lead the go-to-market strategies, comms and campaigns in partnership with our GTM and Sales teams
- Establish and manage business processes for offers including business taxonomy, business rules, OKR definition and monthly and quarterly business reporting

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in product management and business planning, with a focus on customer experience and business impact.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 12+ years experience in product management and business planning, with a focus on customer experience and business impact.
+ OR Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 10+ years product management and business planning, with a focus on customer experience and business impact.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 8+ years people management experience.
+ Experience interacting with and presenting strategy, projects and business results to senior executives.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Unified and key competing offers from AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, etc. a plus.
+ Experience in cloud services, AI and Security, with a solid understanding of Microsoft's solution areas: Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Data & AI, Business Applications, Modern Work, Security.
Business Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
