Employment Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Exemption Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $44,000 - $45,000 This is the hiring range.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate Services: Manage employment services and case management for our TTW Program, helping customers find and succeed in employment.
Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored support in areas such as medical care, transportation, education, and more.
Guide and Support: Help customers navigate life adjustments, set goals, and overcome challenges through individual and group counseling.
Manage Progress: Create and monitor Individual Work Plans (IWPs), track customer activities, and ensure they receive the services they need to succeed.
Innovate and Improve: Analyze current procedures, recommend improvements, and track performance data to enhance program outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus at least three years of experience in case management or similar roles. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), and experience with state workforce development databases.
Qualities: A strong work ethic, ability to balance multiple priorities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
