Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment per food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean workstation area as per restaurant protocols, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products we serve.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef.
Candidate Requirements:
- Legal age and older.
- Trustworthy transportation to travel to work.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends and work as scheduled.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
