- Work at a pace that is consistent with business volume
- Stand for extended period
- Work in an environment where smoke, fumes, steam, and other airborne particles may be present
- Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner
- Experience is not required; training is available on the job for the right candidate!

Responsibilities
- Provide guest service by assuring that all tableware, glassware, and cooking utensils are sanitary and clean.
- Ensure that guest health is protected by always using the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Ensure health codes are followed.
