Dishwasher - Hops and Barley

The Dishwasher washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, utensils, pots and pans. Other responsibilities include: Maintaining the cleanliness of the dish room area and kitchen, emptying trash cans, checking water temperature throughout shift, ensuring that the dish machine is operating properly and at the correct temperatures. Dishwashers should also report operating defects immediately.
