Dishwasher - My Green Lunch

Summary: 

Dishwasher is responsible for washing all dishes and equipment used in preparing the lunches as well as maintaining a clean work area. When dishes duties are complete will be cross trained in light food prep, as needed. This position requires a 5am start time, Ability to arrive on time for the early morning hours is important.

Essential Responsibilities/Requirements:

* Be able to manage time and work quickly and efficiently

* Ability to follow all safety requirements

*  Lift and move up to 35 lbs on a regular basis

* Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized

* Take out trash, recycling and compost as needed

* Sanitize dish washing area

* Must have a Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to get one in a timely manner upon starting work.

* Ability to work effectively as a team player

* Support other kitchen functions as necessary

* Knowledge of both Spanish and English is helpful, but not required

* This is a fast-paced position in a friendly small company environment

Hours vary between 30 - 40 hours a week, depending on the week as our hours can fluctuate due to school's schedules.

This is a permanent long-term position with potential for advancement.
