• Light prep work.
• Responsible for cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Understand, adhere to, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain all equipment and report any malfunctions or failures to outlet chef and facility engineer.
• Assist with receiving orders.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, kneel, bend, and stand for 8 consecutive hours.

• At least 3 years dishwashing experience in a full service a la carte or fine dining atmosphere.
• Must be passionate and dedicated to success.
• Demonstrate sound judgement.
• Familiar with all dishwashing equipment and machinery.

Echo Lake Country Club, located in Westfield, New Jersey, just thirty miles from New York City, is an esteemed 18-hole member-owned club with a rich history dating back to 1899. The Club's golf course was designed by Donald Ross in 1913.
