Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) Mounted and Dismounted Developer (RRD) to support the Robotics Requirements Division at Fort Benning, GA. The Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) Mounted and Dismounted Developer (RRD) will perform key roles in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process with a robotic and autonomous system focus. RRD leads the assessment of robotic system capabilities to identify gaps and develop integrated Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) requirements to resolve or mitigate those gaps. RRD is responsible for leading the determination of DOTMLPF-P maneuver robotic requirements, recommending priorities, documenting changes, and providing supporting analysis.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide JCIDS research and writing support for legacy, current, new start and Army directed products and initiatives.
- Will support projects that can include but are not limited to Mounted and Dismounted C-sUAS Annexes to the base C-sUAS CDD.
- Will support new start and directed initiatives. These may include but are not limited to Annexes to the c-sUAS Mounted and Dismounted required capabilities
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- A BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, robotics, business management, project management, information systems, or computer science. To qualify based on experience, resume must demonstrate at least four (4) years of specialized counter UAS requirements development experience which prepared the applicant to do the designated work.
- General working knowledge of various areas dealing with Air Defense platforms.
- General working knowledge of various areas dealing with Air Defense platforms such as artificial intelligence, interoperability, network security, machine learning and collaboration.
- May be required to travel and participate in the following events as needed, in support of RDD: Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDRs and CDRs), prototype development, technical demonstrations, training courses, and testing and evaluation events.
Clearance: The candidate must have a Secret Clearance.
Location: Fort Benning, GA
Travel: Some travel may be required.
