Dispatch Agent (Atlanta Office) - The BLS Company

BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is seeking to hire Dispatch Agents to be based at our Operations Center in FAYETTEVILLE, GA 30214. Our history dates to 1975 and it’s truly amazing but it’s our future that excites us most!

Available Shifts:

• Evening
• Overnight

Responsibilities include:

• Dispatching reservations that are booked via phone call, email, online, and other systems.
• Assisting affiliates in the scheduling and coordination of their ground transportation teams.
• Working with Coworkers, Managers and Drivers to resolve issues as they arise.

The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Ability to be patient while working with affiliates.
• Ability to multi-task (example: entering data while talking on the phone).
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with affiliates over the phone.
• Strong data entry skills with an eye for details.
• Call center (inbound or outbound) and / or retail customer service experience.
