Job Title: Dispatch/Puller
Reports To: Dispatch Lead or Store Management
Location: Multiple Mint Cannabis Locations
Pay: 14-17/ Hourly

Job Summary:

The Dispatch/Puller plays a crucial role across various Mint Cannabis locations, ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and efficiently dispatched to meet delivery schedules. This role focuses on managing the organization, fulfillment, and preparation of customer orders for delivery. Successful Dispatch/Pullers are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull and prepare products for each delivery order, following Mint Cannabis guidelines and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels at each location by updating records and reporting low-stock items.
• Package Verification: Double-check each order for accuracy, verifying that the correct products and quantities are included.
• Dispatch Coordination: Collaborate with the Dispatch Lead and Delivery Drivers at each location to ensure that orders are loaded and ready for dispatch on time.
• Compliance: Adhere to all state and company regulations regarding the handling and transportation of cannabis products.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, including product types, quantities, and times.
• Communication: Coordinate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the order preparation process.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the dispatch area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a dispatch, inventory, or fulfillment role preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, team members, and supervisors.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Compliance: Understanding and adherence to state cannabis regulations and company policies.
