JOB REQUIREMENTS: County Materials Corporationis a leading manufacturer

Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant for our customer, County Materials
in Oconomowoc, WI Military service members and veterans are encouraged
to apply. Job Duties: Plan and organize loads within region to dispatch
trucks to meet customer requests and production team activities.
Communicates with customers to determine driver demand and driving
schedules. Notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data
into a computer database. Prepare delivery tickets for drivers and
respond to inquiries from drivers. Utilize multi-line phones, two-way
radios, and computer software for data entry and route coordination.
Performs administrative duties. Perform receptionist duties including
answering phones, performing clerical tasks and general housekeeping
Provide support with benefits administration by answering questions and
providing information Perform time card review for location Perform data
entry and run reports when necessary Act as location accounts payable to
assist accounting department with data entry Responsible for filing,
recording and maintaining records Work Environment: Indoor office
environment. Physical Requirements: Frequent Sitting. Experience &
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of
experience in the field or in a related area. Adequate combination of
education/service years/experience will be considered for the right
candidate. Familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices, and
procedures within the trucking industry. Relies on experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Assertive, self-motivated and
positive attitude. Attention to detail while performing a variety of
tasks is a must. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
Customer service oriented. Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook,
