As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable, highly organized candidates with Service Titan experience to serve as Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
In this role you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as our service model. Ensuring a full book, you will be a key component in the management of the daily schedule. Listening to customers and helping them solve their problems is the objective. Matching the right electrician with the right customer is key to a successful customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and inquiries from customers, scheduling service appointments.
Dispatch service technicians to residential locations based on urgency and location.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and job status.
Provide customers with updates, estimates, and follow-up communication.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of recent Service Titan experience.
5 years of customer service and/or scheduling experience, along with 2 years in the trades
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Location: Darlington, MD
Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
