TempExperts is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for immediate hire at an established company in West Palm Beach, FL!

This employee will be primarily responsible for dispatching vehicles and entering orders into the system. The ideal candidate must have experience creating fleet schedules and dispatching drivers as well as working knowledge of geographic area of routes. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Welcome and professionally engage every guest to ensure expectations are met.
• Assign account numbers and enter new customer information into the database.
• Accurately track and enter orders into the system.
• Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
• Assign and dispatch trucks for orders and interoffice delivery.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products.

Required skills and attributes:

• Must have experience creating fleet schedules and dispatching drivers. 
• Must have working knowledge of geographic area. 
• Must have experience dealing with DOT regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain professionalism.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Standing and walking showroom/grounds 25% of day. 
• Dispatching experience.
