PNW Warehousing is a leading 3PL and cross-docking facility serving the state of Washington. With two state-of-the-art facilities totaling 350,000 sq ft of storage space, conveniently located between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma, we provide essential support to manufacturers and shippers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our focus on quality service, modern equipment, and cost-effective solutions enables us to offer customized services such as long-term and short-term storage, ECOM processing, reverse logistics, cross-docking, and freight repacking. Pay Scale: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour depending on experience
Benefits:

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday, evening and weekends as needed
Position Summary: Schedule and assign drivers to routes, ensuring timely deliveries while optimizing efficiency. Communicate with drivers, customers, and logistics teams to address any issues that may arise during transit. Track shipments, monitor traffic conditions, and adjust plans as needed to maintain schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in the logistics industry
- Understanding transportation regulations, routing, and freight processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills: ability to quickly address and resolve issues that may arise during transit
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience with GPS systems and logistics software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced customer service skills
Desired Qualifications:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Familiarity with dispatching software and fleet management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to take initiative
