COMMERCIAL SAFE AND LOCK INC is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate the daily operations of our drivers, work crews, and service technicians. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and routing jobs, ensuring technicians are dispatched to appropriate locations based on customer requests and predetermined schedules. This role is key in maintaining efficient operations, relaying important information to field staff, and managing job progress for timely completion.

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, and vehicles to appropriate locations according to schedules, customer requests, or urgent needs.
• Routing: Organize jobs in a logical, efficient order for each technician to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Communication: Relay critical information such as work orders, messages, or updates to and from work crews, field inspectors, and supervisors.
• Client Updates: Call clients to provide updates on job status, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Parts Management: Prepare and organize necessary parts for technicians on a weekly basis to ensure readiness for job assignments.
• Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Enter job information and maintain logs in dispatch software, ensuring accurate records of calls, activities, and dispatch operations.

• Proven work history that includes scheduling/dispatching for a construction or service field (experience in the medical field will not translate to this position).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and relay information clearly.
• Proficiency in dispatch software or willingness to learn new software systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and data entry skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
