WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A DISPATCHER

Our Dispatcher is the backbone for our operational and scheduling success as you help keep jobs flowing smoothly and our customers fully satisfied. You utilize your computer and phone skills to interact with customers over the phone and dispatch calls to our field personnel. You are dedicated to maximizing scheduling efficiency and our technicians' time by maintaining prompt and convenient service. You are proactive when looking ahead to project future job scheduling, so our projects and appointments stay on track.

In addition to keeping our operations flowing smoothly, you provide exceptional customer service over the phone as you inform customers of arrival times and provide updates on any delays. When necessary, you reschedule appointments, and you help ensure complete customer satisfaction when jobs are completed. It is your mission to make sure our technicians are prepared and organized to tackle the next job. We rely on your dispatching abilities to keep our customers happy and our crew's schedule full! • Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Prior dispatching experience (preferred)
• Prior experience using Service Titan (preferred)
• Pass a background and drug test

Familiarity with the trade would be a plus, but we will train the right person!
