Overview
Compensation: $60,000-65,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm + emergencies

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email.
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
• Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
• Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules.
• Confer with ABM supervisors and personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage.
• Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Fluency in Albanian is a plus.
• One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred.
• Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees is a huge plus.
