Position Overview:
As a Service Dispatcher/Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by managing daily assignments, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining effective communication across departments. If you have a background in dispatching, logistics, or office coordination and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize daily assignment sheets for drivers and field staff.
• Dispatch and communicate work routes, ensuring all assignments are on track for timely completion.
• Handle inbound calls and customer service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule, coordinate, and scrub work orders to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Maintain communication between field teams and the office staff, serving as a central point of contact.
• Keep assignment files and records organized for easy access and reporting.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the office operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of dispatch experience, ideally in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or a similar field.
• Candidates with dispatch experience from other industries (e.g., logistics, trucking) are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Local candidates only (Columbus, OH).
