Schedule: 32 hour schedule
The Administrative Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/ormultiple teams.
Job responsibilities include:
- Monitors Epic bed board Organizing and prioritizing requests for patient care items
- Data collection
- Customer service
- Answering incoming calls, dispatch
- This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Education:High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications:N/A
- Experience:Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to sort and file accurately.
- Ability to type routine correspondence, forms, reports, etc.
