Your new role: Service Dispatcher

• You’re the command center, dispatching technicians to job sites with precision and efficiency.
• Price and source electrical components—your eye for detail keeps projects moving without a hitch.
• Maintain a constant stream of communication with technicians, customers, and supervisors, ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
• Make sure our techs have everything they need—tools, materials, and information—to get the job done right, every time.
• Keep our systems current, with organized records of work orders, customer requests, inventory, and expenses.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep our operation running smoothly.

• High school diploma required; college or trade school is a plus.
• 2+ years of commercial electrical experience is a bonus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read maps or navigate geographical service areas.
• Experience in dispatching, project management, or schedule coordination is highly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
