Dispatcher at TEKsystems

TEKsystems is hiring a Dispatcher in Swedesboro, NJ!

**This position is fully onsite with hours Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11:30pm**

Job Duties:

- Communicating all day to day updates pertinent to shipping and receiving department.

- Scheduling inbound receiving appointments via phone and email.

- Processing inbound and outbound orders in the Taylor Farms Axapta system (no exp needed)

- Learning and keeping up with all dispatcher SOP and responsibilities.

- Implementing problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Communicating and interacting with all company and inbound drivers (TF has both local trucks and 3rd party)

- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed in a timely fashion

- Assign seals to outbound trucks

- Verbally communicate with truck drivers all necessary information provided by our Coordinator

- Ensure driver’s documentation procedures are accurately followed

- Proper tracking of arrival and departure times must be completed and accurate

- Handling bills of lading for completed loads.

- Logistic log sheet updated accurately as needed

- Ensure phone calls and message distribution are done in a timely fashion

- Follow any and all additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Transportation Assistant/Manager

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Dispatching or warehouse administrative experience preferred

- Customer service experience

- Inventory/warehouse admin/clerical experience is helpful

- Computer Skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
