- Design and run automated tests to verify the design of SoC & SW display pipeline blocks
- Design and run automated tests to validate the end-to-end display user experience
- Develop automation tools and frameworks to scale test operations
- Identify and prioritize key issues using objective, numerical assessments of user impact
- Partner with silicon, hardware, and software teams to drive key issues to closure
- Leverage crisp data to influence product quality decisions and champion the customer experience in every phase of the development processMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering3+ years in a test development or test engineering role or equivalent experience developing SW test automation, tools, frameworksExperience developing in Python or Swift or Objective-C and familiar with databases, SQL and scripting languagesPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience testing embedded softwareDesign and development experience using object oriented programmingExperience building large-scale test automation, CI/CD pipelines with deployment tools like Jenkins, Docker, GitHubExperience leading/managing projects and teamsKnowledge of modern display technologies (OLED, miniLED, etc.)Knowledge of color science conceptsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role
The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan
