Summary Description: Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, this position is located in the Distribution Center office and will assist in administrative operational needs with both the Patio and Receiving Departments based on seasonal needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversees Distribution Assistants
• Prioritizes administrative duties accordingly
• Maintains situational awareness of all on going receiving
• Process patio merchandise deliveries and monitor inventory;
• Communicate with our store sales staff regarding patio sales;
• Use best practices to maintain an accurate inventory;
• Process receiving paperwork to create SKU tags and input product into inventory;
• Receive patio, bike, and winter special orders;
• Communicate with vendors regarding shipping issues, returns;
• Tag new product as needed;
• Other duties as may be assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
• High school diploma required / college degree preferred
• JESTA knowledge is a plus
• Advanced PC and Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to work weekends if scheduled
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 25lbs
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task

Budgeted range starts at: $22-$24/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
